Hey, you came across my thoughts today as you often do. So I figure I would put into words what I’m thinking today. As mysterious as you appear that’s how mysteriously you leave each and every time I find you; Wait maybe that’s not accurate you find me. I miss you; I want to touch you, and feel you again. I know, I know each time you have come into my life. I’ve pushed away, avoided you, or hurt you. Not intentionally. However, in my defense, I didn’t know how to keep you happy constantly, I wanted to. I didn’t know how to fight for you. I tried, I felt I wasn’t enough, you needed and wanted someone else not me. I wasn’t good enough. Sometimes I didn’t touch you, or embrace you. Sometimes I yelled instead of calming talked. Something I made mistakes, but I never walked away from you. I was committed to you. I gave you all of me. Emptied my soul, opened my heart and poured it all out, only for you to walk away and leave me. Yes, I am still trying to figure out why? Questioning my life, my body, and my mind still, someone else gets to reap the benefits of holding you, laughing with you, playing with you, talking with you. You accepted all their imperfection. Why not mine? Am I so bad that you couldn’t stay with me, teach me, and grow with me? After all this time I still need you, desire you, and want you. But I need you to want, need, and desire me and only me.
I cry sometimes, you know, because you’re not there. It’s empty without you, yet I know you’ve moved on without me. They say wait for it. They say it wasn’t meant to be, they say if it’s not for you don’t be for it. I wonder have they ever felt like I feel right now. Longing, missing and waiting for my time.
There was a time when I looked for you but you were nowhere to be found. So I stopped searching for you. I stopped looking at my phone to see if you’ve called. I quit going to the mail box or checking my emails to see if you had written me. I stop wondering if I even cross your mind. I’ve even stopped day dreaming that you might climb mountains, cross the wavy sea, and walk for days in the cold wind to find me and say; Hey, I’d been looking for you all over, I missed so much, you have no idea what I have been through since the last time I saw you. I am so sorry, for losing you. And I will never leave you again. I need you in my life; I can’t make it with you. Can you ever forgive me; can we start over again, please? What a great ending to a romantic movie right, only in the movies right? We’ll just another one of my random thoughts of you, I do hope to be with you again someday, and it’s just not the same without you….

9 Steps to live a long and healthy life
The life expectancy in and around the world is increasing each day. Here are some ways to help a person to live a long healthy life. Just think how nice it would be to live until you are eighty years old, or longer. Or just living one day at a time by these concepts.
Eating healthy: Nutrition, vitamins and the right food will help you to live the age you would like to live. The body needs food to function, and without a proper diet we will be starving vital organs from functioning. Overeating is poorer for the body and makes the heart work harder. Some doctors and other health professionals claim eating the right foods that are healthy for you is more significant than exercising.
Exercise on a daily basis will increase chances of one getting brittle bones and stiff joints when you get older. Working out can give your heart a good pace, which helps you to continue a healthier lifestyle without feeling sluggish. Exercising can reduce stress and anxiety.
If you are not doing any exercise right now, start now. Do not get into big workouts to start with. Doing simple arm lifts, leg lifts, even just stretching. Go up and down stairs if you are able to use stairs at a slow pace a couple of times. After a week you can introduce your body to a little more work out. Take your time.
Sleeping will help with body functions, less stress, and anxiety. Sleep helps you to think clearly. Get a good routine for sleeping. Find out how much sleep you really need. During the day, perhaps, if you are not working, you could take a 20 minute nap, which could help you feel better during the evening. Everyone is different, so you will need to find out for yourself what your body requires for sleep.
Drink plenty of water. Water will help carry out toxins, other related bugs and things that your system does not need. Water is the only fluid that will really flush ones system out. It is recommended to drink water everyday. Remember next time you are out and need something to drink. Stop and pick up a bottle of water. You will save money and your health without sugar, carbon and other ingredients in a soda.
Protect yourself from hazards that can harm you. Do you like to ride a bike? Do you wear a helmet? Don’t say, oh that’s not for me. Today, both children and adults are injured everyday with bike accidents. Protect your head and why not your brain.
Stress, depression, and anxiety: All of these are things that a person should really work on and think about to reduce stress, depression and anxiety in their life. Not only is it harming you, it is causing stress to the heart. We need to learn to live with these things and learn to relax.
Smoking you must give it up. Not much to say about that. It is not good, smells bad, and tastes bad. Your heart and lungs don’t like it. Give it up.
Keep the doctor appointments. See your doctor as often as they would like you to go. Have yearly checkups to assure that things are ok with you. We need to take an approach of preventive care.
Use good moisturizers and lotions to protect the skin from too much sun. Lotions and moisturizers will help keep healthy skin. As we age the skin will start to break down and thin out. By using a good lotion and moisturizers on your skin the whole body will help keep your skin in the right balance. Learn more about how to live longer and healthier.
Yeah, it was hidden away deep in the dirt so deep that you would need a stick of dynamite to blast the whole to get it out. And still it would be snug in between the mud and brick. Hidden away with it was the map it takes to find it. Usually when you’re hiding treasure you secretly hide the map in one spot and the treasure itself in another spot. This was not the case it appears as if it didn’t want to be found which made me even more intrigued.
So for a while I walked by just to see if someone was going to come back and remove the tape and clean up the area. So I waited, and waited until I got a feeling there was something behind the yellow tape that says DO NOT ENTER. It was a deep gut feeling the kind that’s poking you to move forward. And forward I moved confident and curious enough to want to step over the tape or even tear it apart and climb down into the cramp space. And see what’s pulling me towards the strong vibrations and energy. Not to mention the inner voice and gut feelings.
So being drawn to it and the desire to get rid of the nudge and gentle ache. That day I went the hardware store and I’m searching for some coveralls, hard hat, dynamite, lamps, tools and matches. Oh, and I don’t want to forget the boots because I may just have to trample through some mud. Now the next day I waited until mid-morning why I still don’t know it seems I’m being guided. Each step feels like its been planned out like a map. Even though I know this could be a real chore but I am not afraid. The good thing is I don’t mind loud noises and even getting dirty.
Here I go. I walk to the area that’s closed off and I rip the tape off and jump down into the deep area. I see how tight the opening is. There is no way I can squeeze through. I reach into my pocket and get a stick of dynamite which just so happens to fit into one of the cracks along the clumped area. I then proceeded to light it and run to a safe area. BOOM!!! Was the sound heard from miles? It shook the ground and rocks began to collapse and dust and particles flew in the air. I began to cough and grasps for air. And yeah, I was flustered and shaken. I even fell once or twice. So I got back up each time because I’m a man and that’s what men do be determined and stand firm.
I quickly gathered myself and walked towards the opening it was the most amazing sight. Still filled with dirt. I brush myself off. I didn’t want to appear filthy when I came upon its beauty. This small light that I see it was like a little dot. I went to grab it and I swear it made a sound. A gentle sigh as I gently pick it up ever so carefully and there beneath was a folded piece of paper with instructions, scribbles and arrows on it. It was a map so I placed it in my pocket, covered it and carried like it was an egg.
I can’t wait to get it to a safe place. Gently pulling the remaining clumps of dirt off as I walk to the car. Anticipating the moment that I gaze at it. I’m nervous and anxious at the same time. Soon as I got to the safe place I began gently pulling the clumps off again, then using a soft bristle brush to get the loose dirt off. Almost clean I said but it was still dull and I knew it could use a washing. So I go into the bathroom and run warm water with suds in the tub. I slowly place it in the water. Soon as it rested in the water I heard another sound of a soft sigh.
As I wiped it with a clean rag it began to glow and get brighter and brighter. I quickly pick it up and I began to get dazed and blinded by all the great elements that were radiating from it. Blown a way by the vision and thinking to myself how God meticulously placed these beautiful elements within this gift. Never in my wildest dreams could I ever image being in the presence of such a gift. I am surprised that a good thing still exists.
Blessed with this gift I don’t understand how anyone could just walk by that spot and not wonder what’s in there. Puzzled each day I walked pass it there was a different smell coming from it and a sense of the warmness felt as I stood there for hours sometimes just looking at it.
No way could someone lose such a gift? Could it be that someone actually lost their good thing and the map that’s needed to find it?
Yes, it could be and see I am blessed that I listened to my inner self and turned left instead of right. I never would have found this gift. So caught up in the gifts that are so freely given. I just accepted them because I could see what was presented to me. Nothing concealed and so I picked and choose based on what I saw and thought I wanted. Which often lead to emptiness and loneliness. So when I realized that I had to change to be a man not just by appearance but by my actions as well. I was able to be patient. And in the process I did become that man which taught me to chose the stick of dynamite to show I am ready, willing and able to blast through to gain the treasure that is promised.
I always knew I was worthy of such a gift, he told me. He also said if I just stopped, looked and listened to my inner self. He would give me the map to the treasure I seek. I knew what I wanted yet not understanding that what I wanted is not so freely given. I would have to put some work into it if I wanted the greatest gift of all.
The greatest gift is one that knows its worth. And present itself as precious. That which is not freely given but earned will be cherished and respected.
I am glad for the inner spirit which guided me while in the right frame of mind, a physically ready body and a spirit filled soul to find a great treasury among the yellow tape. Whoever lost this precious gift I am glad you did for I will cherish it as long as there is breathe in my body. He knew JuS DeW N Me ~I’d find You…

Success is in the blood. There are men whom fate can never keep down. They march forward in a jaunty manner, and take by divine right the best of everything this world has to offer. But their success is not attained by means of aggressive physical confrontations. They do not lie in wait, nor scheme, nor fawn, nor seek to adapt their sails to catch the breeze of popular favor. Still, they are ever alert and alive to any good that may come their way, and when it comes they simply grab it, and tarrying not then move steadily on.
Good health! Whenever you go out of doors, draw the chin in, carry the crown of the head high, and fill the lungs to the utmost; drink in the sunshine; greet your friends with a smile, and JuS DeW U to the fullest.
Do not fear being misunderstood; and never waste a moment thinking about your enemies. Focus your own mind on what you would like to do, and then without violence of direction you will move straight to the goal.
Fear is the rock on which we split, and hate the shoal on which many ships are stranded. When we become fearful, the judgment is as unreliable as the compass of a ship whose hold is full of iron ore; when we hate, we have unshipped the rudder; and if ever we stop to meditate on what the gossips say, we have allowed our ship to tip over and possibly sink.
Keep your mind on the great and splendid thing you would like to do; and then, as the days go gliding by, you will find yourself unconsciously seizing the opportunities that are required for the fulfillment of your desire, just as the coral insect takes from the running tide the elements that it needs. Picture in your mind the able, earnest, useful person you desire to be, and the thought that you hold is hourly transforming you into that particular individual you so admire.
Preserve a right mental attitude the attitude of courage, frankness and good cheer. Many people know this, but they do not know it thoroughly enough so that it shapes their lives.
We want friends, so we scheme and chase ‘cross lots after strong people, and lie in wait for good folks or alleged good folks hoping to be able to attach ourselves to them. The only way to secure friends is to be one. And before you are fit for friendship you must be able to do without it. That is to say, you must have sufficient self-reliance to take care of yourself, and then out of the surplus of your energy you can do for others.
The individual who craves friendship, and yet desires a self-centered spirit more, will never lack for friends.
If you would have friends, cultivate solitude instead of society. Drink in the ozone; bathe in the sunshine; and out in the silent night, under the stars, say to yourself again and again, “No weapon formed against me shall prosper” (Isaiah 54:17). And the feeling then will come to you that you are no mere interloper between earth and heaven; but you are a necessary part of the whole. Having the wrong mental attitude we have set in motion a train of events that ends in disaster.
Thinking good, positive thoughts can manifest into a good and positive life. And sets you on the path of good character.
Thinking good, positive thoughts can manifest into a good and positive life. And sets you on the path of good character. Character is the result of two things, mental attitude, and the way we spend our time. It is what we think and what we do that make us what we are. When you realize this, all else is easy, then in your heart the determined resolution is born to do and to be. So carry your chin in and the crown of your head high. Be strong and live fearlessly all while JuS Dew N U.
The grand object for which a gentleman exists, is to excel in company. Conversation is the mean of his distinction, the drawing-room the scene of his glory.
In company, though none are “free,” yet all are “equal.” All therefore whom you meet, should be treated with equal respect, although interest may dictate toward each different degrees of attention. It is disrespectful to the invitee to shun any of her guests. Those whom she has honored by asking to her house, you should sanction by admitting to your acquaintance.
If you meet any one whom you have never heard of before, you may converse with him with entire propriety. The form of “introduction” is nothing more than a statement by a mutual friend that two gentlemen are by rank and manners fit acquaintances for one another. All this may be presumed from the fact, that both meet at a respectable house. This is the theory of the matter. Custom, however, requires that you should take the earliest opportunity afterwards to be regularly presented to such an one.
The great business in company is conversation. It should be studied as art. Style in conversation is as important, and as capable of cultivation as style in writing. The manner of saying things is what gives them their value.
The most important requisite for succeeding here, is constant and unfaltering attention. That which Churchill has noted as the greatest virtue on the stage, is also the most necessary in company, to be “always attentive to the business of the scene.” Your understanding should, like your person, be armed at all points. Never go into society with your mind en deshabille. It is fatal to success to be all absent or distrait. The secret of conversation has been said to consist in building upon the remark of your companion. Men of the strongest minds, who have solitary habits and bookish dispositions, rarely excel in sprightly colloquy, because they seize upon the thing itself, the subject abstractly, instead of attending to the language of other speakers, and do not cultivate verbal pleasantries and refinements. He who does otherwise gains a reputation for quickness, and pleases by showing that he has regarded the observation of others.
It is an error to suppose that conversation consists in talking. A more important thing is to listen discreetly. Mirabeau said, that to succeed in the world, it is necessary to submit to be taught many things which you understand, by persons who know nothing about them. Flattery is the smoothest path to success; and the most refined and gratifying compliment you can pay, is to listen. “The wit of conversation consists more in finding it in others,” says La Bruy,re, “than in showing a great deal yourself: he who goes from your conversation pleased with himself and his own wit, is perfectly well pleased with you. Most men had rather please than admire you, and seek less to be instructed, nay, delighted, than to be approved and applauded. The most delicate pleasure is to please another.”
It is certainly proper enough to convince others of your merits. But the highest idea which you can give a man of your own penetration, is to be thoroughly impressed with his.
Patience is a social engine. To listen, to wait, and to he wearied are the certain elements of good fortune.
If there be any foreigner present at a dinner party, or small evening party, who does not understand the language which is spoken, good breeding requires that the conversation should be carried on entirely in his language. Even among your most intimate friends, never address any one in a language not understood by all the others. It is as bad as whispering.
Never speak to any one in company about a private affair which is not understood by others, as asking how that matter is coming on, &c. In so doing you indicate your opinion that the rest are de trop. If you wish to make any such inquiries, always explain to others the business about which you inquire, if the subject admit of it.
If upon the entrance of a visitor you continue a conversation begun before, you should always explain the subject to the new-comer.
If there is any one in the company whom you do not know, be careful how you let off any epigrams or pleasant little sarcasms. You might be very witty upon halters to a man whose father had been hanged. The first requisite for successful conversation is to know your company well.
There is another precept of a kindred nature to be observed, namely, not to talk too well when you do talk. You do not raise yourself much in the opinion of another, if at the same time that you amuse him, you wound him in the nicest point, his self-love. Besides irritating vanity, a constant flow of wit is excessively fatiguing to the listeners. A witty man is an agreeable acquaintance, but a tiresome friend. “The wit of the company, next to the butt of the company,” says Mrs. Montagu, “is the meanest person in it. The great duty of conversation is to follow suit, as you do at whist: if the eldest hand plays the deuce of diamonds, let not his next neighbor dash down the king of hearts, because his hand is full of honors. I do not love to see a man of wit win all the tricks in conversation.”
In addressing any one, always look at him; and if there are several present, you will please more by directing some portion of your conversation, as an anecdote or statement, to each one individually in turn. This was the great secret of Sheridan’s charming manner. His bon-mots were not numerous.
It is indispensable for conversation to be well acquainted with the current news and the historical events of the last few years. It is not convenient to be quite so far behind the rest of the world in such matters. Catch up, review and JuS DeW U ” Master the Art Of Conversation”.

Many of us spent much of our adult life building a career and raising a family. But over time, life gets complicated, and it’s easy to get swept up by daily hassles and the tidal wave of hormones. When do we actually wind down and relax the mind and the body.
How are you reflecting on your week or day? When actually do you think? On the drive to work? When you drive home? On you break at work? Everyone needs to disconnect from the day to day. At least several times a week there needs to be quiet time (Meditation). However it should be daily along with eating healthy and exercise.
Yes exercise is important, and so is work. But what’s more important is recharging and gaining clarity. You are unable to get those if you are constantly connected to a phone, people, kids, spouses, TV relationships, driving, working, teaching, and talking. These can be all distractions and you certainly can’t make solid decisions if you are wound up all the time.
Example; You get up in the morning and get dressed, maybe eat breakfast, drive in traffic, work for 8-16 hours, drive home, at home your tending to your family’s needs, running errands, eat dinner, TV go to sleep get up and do it all again, day after day. Is that your life? In constant motion well sooner or later you’re going to crash.
When you have a group of people doing the same thing at the work places from 8 to 16 hours and not eating right or exercising properly. It’s no wonder the work places can be at the top of the list for unhealthiest environments. Mental breakdowns and physical sickness due to choosing an unhealthy diet, little to no exercise and mediating is a receipt for conflict, stress, and issues all day – every day.
That’s called STRESS which causes migraines, strokes, high blood pressure, and heart attacks and if you’re not in shape and not eating healthy you are headed for more health problems. Listen eating properly and exercising is essential however quiet meditation time is just as important. With all three of these components you can conquer any situation with ease. There has to be a shut off point. A time to reflect, think and rebuild the mind and body.
The purpose for meditation is to help an individual get in touch with the source of their existence. Meditating many times is overlooked helps and helps find clarity in many areas of your life. Meditation help depression, anxiety, relief stress, restore your mind, insomnia, improve your communication skills, helps focus and gives you a deep sense of peacefulness. Start incorporating meditation in your daily schedule.
Here are some tips when meditating; Wear something comfortable-wearing tight clothes can make you feel too constricted when you want to relax your body. Make sure your alert- what you eat makes a huge difference in how alert you are. Eat something light so you don’t feel drowsy while doing the meditation. Choose a guided meditation – as a beginner it will be easier to do a guided meditation. You can find online.
Start slowly building your mediation time a few days a week for 15 minutes at a time. Then slowly build from there. Soon you will mediate every day for 20-30 minutes. Revive your mind and give yourself a chance to hear the inner voice and find clarity, and relieve tension and the stress of the day. On step at a time sit in a chair or on the floor, close your eyes and JuS Dew U “Breathe2Relax”.

Hey I been thinking, I owed you something; Hmm let me think now what was it? Ooh now I remember; I think I owed you compassion for life’s little mishaps. And some unconditional love no matter what you had done or said out of angry, resentment or hurt. Or was it kisses and hugs just because when I looked at you I felt a warm and a strong connection. Wait it was the openness and wiliness to get along and talk about us and our future together. No… Wait… okay it was the telling you I love you because I do and showing you how much you mean to me right? We’ll maybe it’s this… calling you out of the blue or text-ING sexy things cause we are so naughty and passionate together right? Hold on maybe it’s the gifts I give you and the walks; the holding hands; the caressing right? We’ll having thought about it I do owe something? What is it you ask?
We seem to be living in paralysis time. Never know if our loved ones will return home. The violence seems to be spreading all over the world. The best thing we can do is hold on to love. It conquers all. It is still around us and with us. Every time you see it and feel it, embrace it. Let it flourish and consume you and yes even protect you.
Let not the LOVE in your heart die for the enemy waits in darkness to steal LOVE. The seed that was planted by God. LOVE is hard to find and a struggle to keep; but when found and kept it will change the outcome of all negative elements that haunt you. Let God in to protect and restore what he has so freely given us (LOVE). When in doubt, and disagreements occur or in despair. Turn to God the father for he will renew LOVE as if it was never disturbed. Each day JuS DeW U and Love U and Love one another.

I have fought hard, studied all the moves, ducked, dodged, bobbed and weaved. I took some stiff right hooks. But I got some good punches in a right then a left the crowd goes wild. I got this; I said to myself. Then I got dazed so I moved around in a circle with my hands up trying to shake it off. Then out of nowhere I took a swift hit to my body then my head; Oh No.. I’m going down… I got (Knocked Out).
All I could hear was the bell ringing three times ding-ding-ding. Again ding-ding-ding; Then the voice in my head said get up; get up; don’t give up; get up; so I got up. Still dazed but I’m up; stumbling can’t walk straight but moving. Slowly I get to my corner; sit on my stool, drink some water, and now I am ready for the second, third and fourth round of being in the ring with life; circumstances, issues, depression, addiction, worry, confusion, anger, emotional pain; but this time. I’m not the one that’s going down; the undisputed heavyweight champion title of COURAGEOUS WARRIOR goes to ___________Yep if you’re reading this U.
